    Critical knowledge

  • MSc/PhD in Plant Breeding, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related field.
  • Expertise in doubled haploid technologies and breeding processes.
  • Experience in process optimization and technology implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • 5+ years demonstrable applied experience in implementation of Operations or lab functions
  • A proven track record on working in a science-based environment
  • Critical technical, professional, and personal capabilities
  • Ability to work in teams and across geographies
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Some experience in data visualization with Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills
