We're looking for a DevOps Tech Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of infrastructure automation, cloud management, and the overall efficiency of our production and deployment processes. This is a key leadership position where you'll be guiding a team while also working hands-on to ensure the scalability and reliability of our infrastructure.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the DevOps department, promoting best practices and driving a culture of automation and operational excellence, and leading the R&D to apply the best practiced to follow.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) AWS CDK in Typescript.
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, leveraging services like RDS, Lambda, SQS, Redis and others.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable application deployments.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams to ensure smooth operation of cloud-based applications.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, managing infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- 4+ years of experience managing and optimizing AWS cloud services.
- 2+ years of experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool - AWS CDK, or CloudFormation experience.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Specific experience with AWS CDK.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including advanced services like ECS, EKS, CloudFormation, Api Gateway, VPC, networking, and Route 53.
- Experience working with Single Tenant infrastructure
