Job Summary

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing system reliability, scalability, and performance by applying software engineering principles to operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure automation, strengthen observability, and elevate system resilience and security. Key responsibilities include evaluating emerging technologies, championing process improvements, and shaping operational best practices. You’ll provide expert guidance across project teams to reduce toil, manage risk, and ensure service-level objectives (SLOs) are met.

Responsibilities and Duties

SRE mindset to keep the application running 24x7 with build in redundancy;
Build pipelines for application continuous integration and deployment;
Creating and monitoring notification for critical application;
Build workflow to auto-remediation of  periodic activities;
Resolve issues in a clear and timely manner;
Maintain a high level of quality in your output and test your own work before passing to QA for verification;
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of existing and emerging technologies relevant to the role.

Essential Skills

Experience with Cloud and SaaS Development: Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes;
Knowledge of AWS Cloud (Network, Compute, IAM, Security);
Linux administrator;
DevOps Knowledge (Terraform, Ansible, EKS, Helm);
Release Management (Git, Artifactory, CI/CD Pipelines);
Identity (SAML/OpenID Connect, Active Directory);
Terraform and ansible scripting;
Telemetry tools like new relics, splint, or dynatrace.
