Accountabilities
Collaborate with development teams to enhance software deployment efficiency.
Update, maintain, and select development tools for tracking and deployment.
Define development processes that align with Agile frameworks.
Develop continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts and tools.
Increase deployment frequency while minimizing business impact.
Maintain and improve the branching strategy.
Lower failure rates for new releases by improving tools and processes.
Assist with the containerization of software environments.
Provide documentation and training for supported tools.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Typically 5+ years in a relevant field.
Self-starter with the ability to be proactive.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
