DevOps Engineer

You’ll work hands-on with cloud, data, and automation — solving tough reliability challenges and helping our teams ship faster and safer at massive scale.

⚙️ What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure across AWS and GCP

• Develop automation and internal tooling in Python, Go, or Node.js

• Define and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) for consistent, repeatable deployments

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability systems for proactive incident detection

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve performance, scalability, and developer experience

• Lead post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements

• Participate in on-call rotations — and make sure the same alert never fires twice

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience building or operating large-scale distributed systems

• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Node.js, or Java

• Deep understanding of AWS/GCP, networking, load balancing, and caching

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Nomad

• Automation-first mindset and ownership mentality

• Fluent in English (Czech is a plus)
