About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud-native technologies and a proven track record of success in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable infrastructure. You will be a key contributor to the development and improvement of our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our software products. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a problem-solver, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry best practices.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Manage and monitor cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and optimize application performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 system availability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps technologies and trends.
• Contribute to the improvement of our DevOps culture and practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar engineering role.
• Extensive experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Networking.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, containerd).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
