What you’ll do

• Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of our technology infrastructure.
• Support and maintain a range of vendor SaaS products and their integrations to ensure seamless operation across the organization.
• Provide production support, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues for both business and technical users.
• Monitor and manage production and UAT runtimes, identifying problems, implementing fixes, and recommending improvements for enhanced system stability and scalability.
• Assist in the execution of software development projects, contributing your technical expertise to drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise distributed systems and foster a client-focused environment.
• Take ownership of issues and tasks, tracking progress to completion and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate versatility by quickly adapting to new systems, including legacy and SaaS products.

What’s Required

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience working in the financial service industry supporting enterprise distributed systems across large user-bases .
• Proficiency in SQL coding and debugging, as well as shell scripting.
• Familiarity with SDLC best practices and configuration management, agile development practices, cloud platforms and DevOps tools, and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A client-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting for enterprise systems
