We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build, deploy, and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure for our “New Space” initiatives. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery pipeline from container orchestration and CI/CD to observability, security, and cloud operations. You’ll collaborate closely with software engineers and product teams to ensure our services are reliable, performant, and easy to operate.

  • Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift clusters
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and similar tools
  • Deploy and manage workloads with Helm and Rancher
  • Manage container registries and artifact repositories (e.g., Nexus, Harbor)
  • Implement service discovery, load balancing, and traffic management using tools such as NGINX, HAProxy, and ingress controllers
  • Design and operate monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions using platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and related observability tools
  • Monitor systems and applications and troubleshoot issues across platforms such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Cassandra, Kafka, Redis, and RabbitMQ
  • Build, optimize, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Docker Compose
  • Develop and maintain build, packaging, and release pipelines for applications written in C/C++, C#, and Java
  • Standardize build processes and artifacts across multiple technology stacks
  • Collaborate with development and support teams using ClickUp and Bitbucket
  • Continuously improve DevOps practices, tooling, platform reliability, and security posture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience,
  • Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production; OpenShift experience is a strong advantage
  • Solid container fundamentals with Docker and Docker Compose, and a strong understanding of container orchestration concepts
  • Proven ability to design, build, and improve CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab)
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Helm, Terraform, and Ansible
  • Familiarity with artifact and container repositories (e.g., Nexus, Harbor) and versioning, promotion, and release workflows
  • Practical knowledge of service networking and traffic management, including:
    • Reverse proxies and load balancers (NGINX, HAProxy)
    • Ingress controllers and service discovery
    • Layer 4/7 routing and high-availability setups
  • Experience building and operating observability platforms, including:
    • Metrics: Prometheus
    • Visualization: Grafana
    • Logs & search: Elasticsearch, OpenSearch
    • Tracing/APM: OpenTelemetry or similar frameworks
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting distributed systems and platform components such as:
    • Datastores & search: Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Cassandra
    • Messaging & streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ
    • Caching & in-memory: Redis
  • Build and packaging experience across C/C++, C#, and Java, with familiarity in common toolchains
  • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills (performance, networking, logs, automation, scripting)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of ownership
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Windows Server administration and scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
  • Database administration knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Experience with microservices architectures and cloud-native design patterns
  • Familiarity with security practices such as image scanning, secrets management, and RBAC
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
