Role Summary

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and implement end-to-end DevOps and SRE solutions supporting enterprise-scale initiatives. This role will enhance automation, observability, and deployment efficiency across cloud and on-prem environments, driving modernization and continuous improvement in CI/CD, monitoring, and API integration within a hybrid infrastructure setup.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployments and ensure observability.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
  • Develop monitoring and alerting strategies using Grafana, Prometheus, and DataDog.
  • Ensure compliance and security best practices across the DevOps lifecycle.
  • Integrate API Management tools (Apigee, Kong, Microsoft APIM) into enterprise solutions.
  • Support SRE practices for reliability and scalability within production systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps Foundation, and SRE concepts.
  • Proven experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge in API management solutions (Apigee, Kong, or APIM).
  • Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
  • Familiarity with Auth0 authentication and RBAC implementation.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications

  • Required: DevOps Foundation Certification (DevOps Institute or equivalent)
  • Preferred: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, or Google Professional DevOps Engineer

Additional Notes

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Strong background in banking or financial technology is a plus.
  • English fluency required; Portuguese is preferred.
