- Contribute to the planning of a standard deployment toolkit using tools like AWX and Ansible.
- Work with the environments/implementation team to setup deployment toolkits at customer site.
- Work on deployment issues and its resolution.

Approximately 20% of workload

- Patching and upgrade of existing applications
- Investigate and resolve, or minimise the impact of recurring issues

General

- Keep up-to-date with the current best practices and tools available in the DevOps community and work with the architecture team to apply them.
- Provide feedback on all process and potential improvements
- Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility
- Keep knowledge base articles and documentation up to date and shared with the team, ensuring that documentation is created for new installations / processes
