DevOps Engineer

Mission This is an Azure DevOps Engineer position within the Professional Services team, contributing to high-impact projects in the Fintech space. Your mission is to support agile teams in delivering robust DevOps solutions, focusing on Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) in Azure environments. You will collaborate closely with solution architects and team leaders, ensuring streamlined operations and fostering a DevOps mindset across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure for .NET applications
  • Collaborate with solution architects and team leaders to define DevOps strategies and best practices
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes to enhance development workflows
  • Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance, cost efficiency, and security
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for scalable and reproducible environments
  • Support agile teams in adopting a DevOps culture and mindset
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
  • Act as a liaison with key stakeholders

Requirements

Hard Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles or a combination of DevOps and software development
  • Strong expertise in Azure DevOps methodology
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance (both Visual and YAML) for .NET stack projects
  • Familiarity with SonarQube or similar quality code tools
  • Experience in DevOps test automation (experience with Microfocus test automation tools is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches and tools
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s product stack
  • Experience working with Agile & Scrum methodologies
  • Windows administration knowledge, with a willingness to perform related tasks when necessary
