About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our production infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across systems and databases. You will proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while continuously improving automation and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain production Linux servers
· Administer and optimize MySQL/MariaDB databases (backup, recovery, replication, indexing, performance tuning)
· Monitor infrastructure and databases using ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, and Prometheus
· Diagnose and resolve production incidents (data loss, service disruption, infrastructure failures)
· Install, configure, and maintain database instances
· Design and improve CI/CD pipelines
· Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions
· Ensure infrastructure security following best practices
· Evaluate and recommend improvements in infrastructure, database technologies, and monitoring tools
· Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability and performance
· Strong experience in Linux server administration and troubleshooting in production environments
· Medium to Senior-level experience as a MySQL/MariaDB Database Administrator
· Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus)
· Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
· Experience with Cloudflare services
· Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
· Strong problem-solving skills, especially during unexpected system failures
Nice to Have
· Experience with virtualization and containerization (KVM, VMware, Proxmox VE, Docker)
· Experience configuring and troubleshooting web servers (Apache, Nginx)
· Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible)
· Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
· Networking troubleshooting skills
· Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Node.js)
· REST API integration experience
· Experience with Google Cloud services
