DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer – Azure Cloud within Customer Engagement, you will be part of a squad responsible for the (Cloud) infrastructure of our customer communication platform, Quadient Cloud, and related applications. This platform supports the delivery of over 10 million PDFs and 20 million emails per month. From a technical perspective, the Quadient Inspire Flex platform runs in containers within a Kubernetes cluster (AKS). CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) are used to automate deployments, maintenance, and builds, while Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) manages the entire cloud setup. This is a highly complex and critical environment that must be available 24/7 with top-tier reliability.

What are we looking for?

• Has experience with Azure Cloud, including AKS (Kubernetes), virtual machines, databases, and Key Vault
• Is comfortable supporting the design, deployment, and management of scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Has strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, ideally with Terraform.
• Can design and manage networking solutions in Azure (virtual networks, load balancers, firewalls).
• Is experienced with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Understands cloud security best practices and has experience with Azure Security Centre and similar tools.
• Can ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to data protection and privacy.
• Has experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk.
• Is proactive in troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining cloud environments.
• Works well in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
