AnaVation is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, test, certify, operate, and maintain DevSecOps infrastructure tools. In this role, you will support the primary Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team for multiple enterprise tools, resolve interoperability issues, perform patching and upgrades, and ensure the reliability, security, and robustness of the infrastructure that underpins a mission-critical ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design, deploy, test, certify, and operate DevSecOps infrastructure tools.
•Troubleshoot and resolve interoperability issues across operating systems, support libraries, components, and application dependencies.
•Deploy and configure services using infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) providers.
•Configure and manage Linux-based servers to support dynamic web applications.
•Debug and support cluster-based computing architecture.
•Install, configure, and maintain open-source monitoring and observability tools.
•Partner with development and security teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines align with DevSecOps best practices.
•Use scripting and programming (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate deployments and improve system reliability.
•Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
•Support a multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret).
This position requires an active Top Secret (TS) clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access with a CI polygraph.
This position is on-site with our customer in Chantilly, VA.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps or related field.
Experience with SAFe Agile framework.
Strong understanding of forensic and investigative system requirements.
Demonstrated experience implementing DevSecOps practices in secure government environments.
Experience with data processing, automation, and ETL workflow orchestration.
Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency with GitLab or similar version control and DevOps platforms.
Understanding of network architecture and security best practices in classified environments.
This position requires an active Top Secret (TS) clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access with a CI polygraph.
