AI overview

This role offers solid exposure to real production environments with a supportive team and opportunities for growth into DevOps engineering.

DevOps Admin (Hands-On Role | 1–3 Years)

We are hiring a DevOps Admin (1–3 Years Experience) to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting and improving real production environments.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with Linux systems, troubleshooting JVM-based applications, and applying practical SRE principles to enhance system reliability and performance. You should enjoy debugging issues, identifying root causes, and continuously improving infrastructure.

Exposure to containerization technologies (such as Docker or similar platforms) and modern DevOps practices is highly desirable.

If you are motivated, analytical, and eager to grow in a production-focused DevOps environment, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll be working on

  • Linux administration: Day-to-day management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and basic system hardening

  • Java application environments: Supporting Java-based applications and working with web and application servers

  • CI/CD pipelines: Helping improve and maintain build and deployment pipelines; automating repetitive tasks where possible

  • Production debugging: Investigating failed deployments, performance issues, and unexpected behavior by digging into logs and system metrics

  • Scripting: Writing and maintaining scripts—mostly Bash, with some Python where it makes sense

  • Production support: Participating in releases and handling off-hours issues when required (shared across the team)

What we’re looking for

  • B.Sc in CSE/EEE/ Related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a similar role

  • Strong Linux fundamentals and comfort working from the command line

  • Practical troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Basic understanding of JVM-based applications (memory usage, logs, common failure patterns)

  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work through problems instead of avoiding them

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Docker and/or Kubernetes (home labs count)

  • Experience with monitoring or observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar

  • Any experience supporting production systems

This role offers solid exposure to real production environments, a supportive team, and room to grow deeper into DevOps engineering over time.
