Reponsibilities
High-quality production and repair of products with high efficiency within the planned deadlines
Ensuring the smooth operation of the department
Exercising operational control over the department's production processes
Monitoring the implementation of the department's plans in accordance with standards and established quality criteria
Development of department management personnel
Ensuring technically correct operation of equipment
Implementing measures to optimize and automate department processes in order to achieve maximum operational efficiency
Monitoring production and labor discipline
Actively participating in the continuous improvement of production processes and product quality
Implementation of Lean tools in the department
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the department's production facilities
Cooperation with departments related to production in order to coordinate work and achieve set goals
Development and implementation of measures to achieve set KPIs
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in repairing consumer electronics
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
Expert-level knowledge of electronic device diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair, including micro-soldering.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with repair management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
