Lead the development and execution of tailored communications for various donor segments while ensuring institutional messaging consistency.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute an annual donor communications plan aligned with institutional priorities and campaign strategy
Lead targeted communications for distinct audiences, including: Small and mid-level donors (< $100k), major gifts ($100k–$1M), principal gifts ($1M+).
Serve as the primary point person for drafting and/or reviewing:
- Donor emails and appeals
- Proposals and stewardship reports
- Invitations and event collateral
- Letters and talking points for the President
- Social media posts targeted to donors
- The donor pages on the UATX website
Ensure messaging is appropriately tailored by audience while remaining institutionally consistent
