ABOUT THE POSITION Development Team Lead at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. Your Role: you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding BURGA’s development team and shaping the technical direction of our projects. You’ll collaborate closely with the CIO, product owners, and technical specialists to ensure that our systems and solutions are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with high quality. From system architecture planning to mentoring team members, your leadership will directly impact BURGA’s ability to innovate, scale, and execute strategic initiatives across our business. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead and inspire the development team, including developers, analysts, and administrators - Coordinate and oversee project delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met - Participate in system architecture planning and define technical guidelines - Ensure high code quality, thorough documentation, and effective code review processes - Mentor team members, supporting their technical and professional growth - Act as a bridge between the CIO, product owners, and technical specialists - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Strong expertise in .NET/C# development (backend and API design) - Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL - Solid understanding of system architecture and RESTful API integrations - Proven experience leading development teams and managing multiple technical projects - Knowledge of front-end fundamentals (e.g., React or Blazor) is a plus, but not mandatory - Deep understanding of software design patterns, scalability, and maintainability - Proficiency with GIT and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar) - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions - Experience mentoring and supporting team growth - Experience with ERP, MES, e-commerce, or supply chain systems is a plus SALARY: 6500-7500 EUR GROSS/month. We're open to discussing this based on your experience and competencies.
