They have established an exceptional property portfolio in Carmel-by-the-Sea, encompassing boutique hospitality venues, mixed-use commercial spaces, dining establishments, and residential holdings. As they continue to expand their California operations, they are looking to add a skilled Development Manager to their team.
This position offers the chance to lead prestigious development initiatives in one of California's premier coastal destinations, including a distinctive restaurant project conceived by an internationally acclaimed architect.
The Opportunity:
The Development Manager will take charge of several simultaneous projects representing roughly 60,000 square feet of new retail and residential construction, alongside an architecturally distinguished restaurant development in Big Sur.
