Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS SQL (queries, procedures, performance tuning).
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript for UI development.
  • Experience with Java for backend or service-layer development.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server administration, services, and application deployment.
  • Exposure to AML systems, financial compliance workflows, or regulatory processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating AppWorks with external systems via REST/SOAP services.
  • Knowledge of BPM, workflow engines, or content management systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version-control systems (Git).
  • Experience in BFSI domain is a plus.
