About the role

Speed is our edge. But as team size grows, friction creeps in: slower CI, flaky tests, duplicated patterns, tribal knowledge that never gets written down, tooling that stops working. Left alone, small taxes compound into serious drag. We need someone who wakes up thinking about how to make every engineer here 10x more effective.

What you'll do:

• Build tooling to rapidly launch local and remote development environments
• Speed up and maintain our CICD systems
• Develop tooling that enables gradual rollouts and instant rollbacks
• Build out agentic engineering systems that speed up development
• Create reliable staging/test environments
• Work with product teams to ensure seamless testing/debugging
• Hunt down tech debt and generally find ways to speed up the engineering team

You'll thrive here if you

• Can't watch someone do something the slow way
• Are a generalist who goes deep when needed. Whatever the problem requires
• Have built internal tools engineers actually wanted to use
