Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CE
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Implement Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) as part of the solution architecture
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and testing
  • Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules)
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools
  • Experience with Azure services, Dataverse, and integration frameworks (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus)
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, security roles, and solution management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines
