  • Provide day-to-day technical support for macOS devices, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Install and update macOS applications and operating systems while ensuring compatibility with enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Mac desktops, laptops, and peripherals such as printers and displays.
  • Assist with deployment and imaging of Mac devices using automated management tools (e.g., Jamf, Apple Business Manager).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity and interoperability between Mac and Windows environments.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field OR equivalent work experience
  • 3-6 years related work experience
  • Mac experience (Apple Certified Macintosh Technician Certification highly preferred)
