Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver a superior end user experience while maintaining a secure and well-managed environment.
  • Provide direct support to various lines of business (LOB) users or contribute to projects that enhance the end user environment.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to ensure desktop compliance with organisational standards.
  • Partner with LOB teams to proactively manage applications and maintain a stable end user environment.
  • Respond to user questions, incidents, and requests, ensuring accurate tracking, measurement, and escalation as needed.
  • Follow industry and corporate standards and best practices, maintaining high efficiency.
  • Support patching and upgrading of end user devices.
  • Resolve quality and scheduling conflicts.
  • Be available for ad-hoc work outside regular hours, including weekends when necessary.
  • Thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in desktop operating system support, implementation, and maintenance, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems and infrastructure for enterprise deployments.
  • Familiarity with desktop services, security, and access standards.
  • Basic understanding of networking and server technologies.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and a good command of the local language.
