MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB： DTP engineer is responsible to undertake DTP, art making, DTP QA and other related DTP tasks according to client's requirements, and deliver the tasks timely with acceptable quality. Accomplishing below tasks independently according to client's requirements and deliveries qualified finished products to Team Leader

Using DTP tools (FrameMaker, Word, PowerPoint, Indesign etc.) to accomplish DTP job.

Using image tools (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Figma, Canva etc.) to edit images.

Using Acrobat, Abbyy to prepare PDF files for translaiton

Using other relative tools to undertake the DTP work according to clients'

Implementing the feedback to meet client's requirements.

Skill in learning and using tools provided by client independently.

Summarizing and writing guides.

Learning/researching new tools/AI or developing macros to improve productivity and efficiency.

Contributing ideas to improve current procedures and workflow.

REQUIREMENTS

3rd level qualification (Degree/Diploma) in related field.

At least 2-3 years of professional experience in Desktop Publishing (DTP), involving both text and image layout/processing

Knowledge of installation and configuration management for the most common operating systems and platforms.

Knowledge on encoding and fonts.

Skills in below tools:

DTP tools (FrameMaker, Word, PowerPoint, Indesign etc.)

Image tools (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Figma etc.)
