Job description:
Hardware technician with main focus on industrial hardware devices.
• Previous working experience as a computer technician for at least 2 years, preferably in an industrial context
• Solid skills in actual HW technology, both for Windows and Android devices
• Excellent skills in Windows and Android client OS, both from a configuration and driver perspective
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks
• Good infrastructure skills (AD/SCCM for Windows and SOTI MobiControl for Android)
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Used to work in a structured and well documented way
• Provide technical support both to customer and team members
