We’re hiring a Senior Designer (Contract) to support a high-impact, design-forward team at a leading financial technology company. In this role, you’ll work on integrated campaigns, brand activations, and social content that bring the brand’s mission to life. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional creatives and marketers to translate strategy into polished, compelling visuals across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design across multiple formats including social, display, landing pages, and product visuals
Support concept development for brand and campaign work
Ensure design consistency while pushing the creative boundaries of the brand
Collaborate with writers, motion designers, and marketing stakeholders to bring work from concept to execution
Contribute to a fast-moving team with fresh perspectives and strong attention to detail
Qualifications
5–7+ years of design experience in a brand, in-house, or agency environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, brand, and campaign workMastery of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
Experience working within and evolving brand guidelines
Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
Excellent communicator and team collaborator
Experience with product marketing and visual storytelling around product featuresBonus: Experience in financial services or in-product design
