You'll lead and grow our design team (currently 1 product designer + 1 system designer), hiring a brand designer, product designer and possibly design engineers. You'll shape how millions of users experience their finances, partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams, and help establish Finary as a design-forward company.
Finary is building the all-in-one platform for personal finance in Europe. We help people track, understand, and grow their wealth, and we're just getting started.
We're looking for a design manager to lead our design team through a critical growth phase. You'll shape how millions of people experience their finances, build a world-class design team, and help establish Finary as a design-forward company.
Finary is the leading personal finance app in France, helping users track their entire wealth in one place: bank accounts, investments, real estate, crypto, and more. We're building the financial infrastructure for the next generation of investors.
Launched in 2021, we've grown to 600,000+ users. In September 2025, we closed a €25M Series B led by PayPal Ventures, with backing from Y Combinator, Hedosophia, Speedinvest, and founders from Qonto, Photoroom, Bitpanda, UBS, and Wise.
We care deeply about user experience, performance, and shipping products that genuinely improve people's financial lives.

We ship fast and iterate constantly. We break complex problems into small pieces, get feedback from our community, and polish as we go. We believe the best products come from user research, analytics, and gut feeling.
Design is a core part of our identity: we obsess over craft, sweat the details, and push for excellence in every interaction.
Send your portfolio and a note about why Finary. We review every application.
We value craft, curiosity, and conviction. Show us your best work and tell us what you'd change about Finary.
Even if you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and are more interested in your potential than a perfect match to our checklist.
