What you’ll do

As our Design Lead, you won’t just be "reviewing drawings"—you will be the strategic anchor for our global operations in Bogotá. You will:

• Own the Portfolio: Lead and orchestrate 2 to 6 high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring they move seamlessly through every design phase from concept to final delivery.
• Be the Bridge: Act as the key technical partner for major US-based industrial and corporate accounts. You ensure their vision is translated into architectural excellence and high-standard construction.
• Solve the Unsolvable: Dive deep into sketches and technical drawings to identify roadblocks before they happen. You’ll be the go-to person for our engineering teams, ensuring design and structural integrity work in perfect harmony.

What we’re looking for

• The Architect’s Mindset: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and around 6 to 10 years of experience in the construction, design, or architecture industry.
• Technical Mastery: You are a power user of Revit and Bluebeam. These are your primary tools for precision and review.
• Project Management DNA: You don’t just design; you lead. You have a proven track record of managing complex project lifecycles and diverse stakeholders.
• Cultural Fit: You are highly autonomous, a natural problem solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment where the stakes (and the rewards) are high.

It’s a big plus if you have:

• US Market Expertise: Familiarity with US design and construction standards.
• Industry Niche: Experience in Large-scale Industrial or Food Industry projects.
• International Background: Previous experience working with US-based firms or global multidisciplinary teams.
