What we look for in a Design Lead

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.

  • The ability to translate strategic briefings into solid, well-grounded visual solutions.

  • Skill in providing constructive feedback, mentoring designers' growth, and building a collaborative design culture.

  • Active participation in creative processes alongside product, strategy, and technology teams.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (preferred, but not required).

We especially value

  • Experience in creative agencies, design studios, or in-house teams.

  • Mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and collaborative platforms.

  • Good level of English, both oral and written (we work with global teams).
