As a Design Director, you are a senior creative leader responsible for defining and elevating the visual, UI, and product design direction for world-class brands. What you’ll be doing. 

  • Build trusted client relationships, guiding them through visual and product design decisions.
  • Translate brand, product, and business objectives into clear creative and visual strategies.
  • Define and own the visual and interface direction across products, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact.
  • Set and maintain a high bar for UI craft, visual systems, motion, and overall design execution.
  • Lead the creation and evolution of design systems, UI frameworks, and visual identity systems.
  • Drive innovation across visual design, interaction, motion, and AI-driven tools and emerging technologies.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams including UI, UX, copy, and motion designers.
  • Inspire, guide, and elevate creative teams through clear direction, feedback, and coaching.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end design delivery across multiple workstreams and complex programs.
  • Partner closely with product managers, client services, strategy, and engineering to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Ensure the highest standards of design quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.
  • Anticipate risks, manage priorities, and keep projects on track while meeting timelines and expectations.

What we’d like to see.

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, ideally within digital design and product teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and product design solutions for world-class clients.
  • Deep expertise in product and UI design, including design systems, workflows, and advanced Figma mastery.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with global brands and complex product ecosystems.
  • Collaborative mindset, partnering effectively with project managers, client services, and strategy to drive growth and innovation.
  • Fluency in AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies.
  • Active engagement in the design community and a strong pulse on industry trends.
  • Demonstrated strength as a mentor and coach, fostering excellence and growth across teams.
  • C1 English proficiency
