The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) supports the Program Manager in overseeing all contractor work performed under the assigned task order. The DPM assists in managing multi-project/multi-task technical or Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) assignments, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance with contractual requirements, and timely delivery of all program objectives. The DPM will act on behalf of the Program Manager when delegated and maintain continuous communication with government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Support & Execution:

· Strategic Assistance: Support the Program Manager in planning, budgeting, and staffing activities to meet task requirements and mission objectives.

· Quality Oversight: Assist in establishing and maintaining high-quality work standards across all program deliverables.

· Performance Monitoring: Track progress, identify risks, and help resolve issues that may affect successful task execution.

· Compliance Assurance: Support adherence to all contractual, administrative, and reporting requirements.

· Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular contact with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) as directed by the Program Manager; ensure responsiveness to inquiries within required timeframes.

· Security & Confidentiality: Assist in safeguarding classified (Secret/TS-SCI) information and ensure compliance with all security protocols.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Department of Defense or other federal agency programs.

· Knowledge of quality management principles and performance metrics.

· Ability to step into leadership roles in the absence of the Program Manager.

· Proven experience supporting program or project management in multi-project or multi-task technical or A&AS environments.

· Strong understanding of Federal contracting processes and compliance requirements.

· Ability to manage competing priorities and assist in problem-solving for complex operational challenges.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Must possess an Active TS/SCI clearance.
