ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Overall Management of Inventory/Cost & Service across all Nodes of Supply Chain. To manage the Production planning across all Inhouse coaters and distribution across all DC within AD with a phenomenon of right item with right quantity so as to enable a better customer experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Responsible for providing coating plans across all Coaters.
Leverage production planning tool OMP for driving business transformation
Technology enablement and continuous improvement in planning thru OMP for Coating and distribution and Finishing through usage of Finishing Scheduler tool.
Prepare and provide the Distribution plan to the Inventory
Share a Vehicle Indent to Logistics Team for better and timely execution
Liaison with the Procurement Team for the Raw material availability which acts as an Input to Coating
Collaboration with Customer Service Execution and Communication team for proactive flow of Information.
Analysis of Safety stock and coordination with the S & OP team for the amendments.
Understanding of New Product Development process and Coordination with Operation team for the trial Runs
Manage the business continuity thru collaboration with stakeholders
Responsible for managing the optimum utilization of Coaters so as to minimize the changeovers
Analyzing the coater Output and Distribution adherence
Manage the short term Business excellence Project
Enhance the existing System/Process technology thru continuous improvement
