Assist in managing steel fabrication workshop and site operations
Coordinate production planning and execution
Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Monitor productivity, manpower allocation, and deadlines
Support budgeting and cost control activities
Liaise with project, procurement, and site teams
Strong experience in structural steel fabrication projects
Experience in contracting companies is mandatory
Proven leadership and team coordination skills
Good knowledge of fabrication processes and erection activities
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines
