  • Implement DQ tooling (e.g., Great Expectations/Soda, Informatica/Talend DQ; Open Metadata for catalog/lineage).
  • Build profiling jobs and anomaly alerts. Manage integrations with scheduler and ticketing.
  • Publish DQ dashboards for relevant stakeholders across the organization.
  • Report the state of data quality on periodic basis to relevant stakeholders, managing DQ enablement sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in data management, with at least 2 years in data governance roles.
  • Proven experience with tools such as:

Open-Source Tools: Apache Atlas, Apache Ranger, Great Expectations, Open Metadata

Proprietary Tools: Informatica Axon, Informatica EDC, Talend Data Fabric, Oracle Data Governance Suite.

  • Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data cataloguing tools.
  • Working knowledge in data quality validation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Understanding of big data ecosystems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and Data Warehousing Solutions (e.g. Oracle Data Warehouse, Teradata, MS SQL Server Data Warehouse)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
