SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Deputy Foreign Military Sales Program Manager. This position provides Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and International Programs support to the 645th Aeronautical Engineering Squadron Group (AESG), Big Safari Front Office Group (FOG), and supported Program Management Offices (PMOs)
What You'll Do
- Support International Programs manpower planning for 645 AESG
- Develop, maintain, and update manpower tracking data supporting Big Safari FMS programs
- Assist Government leadership with manpower forecasting and planning to support current and future FMS requirements
- Prepare Manpower Requirements Packages (MRPs), supporting documentation, and cost estimates in accordance with Air Force and AFLCMC guidance
- Foreign Disclosure and Security Support
- Support the Foreign Disclosure process by coordinating documentation requiring release to foreign partners through appropriate Government approval channels
- Assist PMOs with preparation of Delegation of Disclosure Letters (DDLs), Program Protection-related documentation, Technology Control Plans (TCPs), Security Plans, and Security Classification Guides (SCGs)
- Ensure all actions are consistent with disclosure, security, and technology protection requirements
- Foreign National Access and Visit Coordination
- Support preparation and processing of Extended Visit Authorizations (EVAs) for Foreign Liaison Officers (FLOs assigned to Big Safari programs
- Coordinate and process visit requests for foreign nationals attending meetings or events hosted by 645 AESG in support of FMS programs
- Ensure visit coordination actions are completed in compliance with applicable security and disclosure policies
- Support data management activities for Big Safari FMS programs
- Maintain accurate, complete, and auditable International Programs records to support program execution, reporting, and oversight activities
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 10 or more years of experience supporting FMS weapon systems programs
- 3+ years program management experience

An active Top Secret clearance is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Dayton, OH is estimated at $113,000 to $156,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
