  • Assist Customer Care Manager in the management operations and as a deputy Customer Care Manager
  • Lead, motivate, develop Food Customer Care Specialist team and responsible for target setting and performance evaluation
  • Problem solving and Customer Care Specialist Food Team Performance Improvement
  • Co-operate with service area managers, field service engineers and manufacturing sites on quote / delivery
  • Handle for spare part process, Modernization order and Feild Service offer process
  • Bachelor's degree on logistic and supply chain, business administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience with commercial topics. Work experience e.g. order handling in technical service organizations, Order handling in international companies

  • Experiences to work in international operating companies and stress resistance.

  • Excellent in English

  • Experience in SAP is preferred

  • Teamwork, International Cooperation, Open for new challenges, Active business driver
