Job Summary:
As Alviere's Deputy BSA Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Program. This position demands a professional with a profound understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC regulations, and a comprehensive grasp of federal and state compliance laws. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining Alviere's compliance posture and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This position is eligible for Company bonus and equity. Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurances, unlimited paid time off, 401k plan w/company match.
