We are looking for an exceptional Deployment Manager to join our Deployment and Activation Team. You will be responsible for both client communications and internal program management.
Key to this role will be working closely with the various internal team leads to ensure the successful and timely deployment of our software. This role offers the opportunity to grow and nurture key strategic accounts and directly contributing to Willow’s long-term growth strategy.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a demonstrated track record of successfully guiding complex, cross-functional projects; with the agility and expertise to lead business and technology teams to desired outcomes. A strong background working across multiple subject matter areas particularly building systems, HVAC systems, Fault Detection & Diagnostics will also be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with customers to understand their needs, providing expert guidance and training on how to use Willow’s product and the skills library.
Provide leadership for internal teams on how to best implement skills for a customer’s specific building and systems to help them achieve their high level goals.
Iteratively improve the existing skills library by collecting and analysing customer feedback, experimenting to find solutions, and testing the results across customers.
Translate domain expertise into rule-based logic (skills) to monitor building operations using Willow’s low-code environment, Activate Technology.
Serve as a technical expert that deeply understands the Willow Activate Technology, Skills Library and Building Systems
Partner with other Willow product, engineering and sales teams to refine product roadmaps and growth plans focused on delivering value to customers
Maintain and grow a deep working knowledge of the building industry, from key stakeholders to industry pain points and key trends
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (Required)
Experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting or Building Automation Systems
Understanding of engineering fundamentals and systems knowledge
Experience with automated Fault Detection & Diagnostics, Continuous Commissioning, and Measurement & Verification
Ability to translate domain expertise into productized solutions
Experience in identifying value through data driven measures and guiding customer to action or developing actionable roadmaps
Adaptable and open to new ideas or ways to present solutions and approach problems for continuous improvement
Able to communicate & bridge subject matter expertise to product and engineering teams
