Position Overview:
The Sales Business Department Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the department head in Istanbul, Turkey.
This is an on-site position (Istanbul - Umraniye office) and not eligible for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Schedule & Task Management:
- Organize and manage the supervisor’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business trips arrangements.
- Track and follow up on assigned tasks, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to the supervisor.
2. Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and organize routine departmental meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
3. Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and coordinate departmental activities, including training sessions, workshops, and team-building events.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Event Management: Experience in planning and executing team activities or corporate events is a plus.
- 1-2 years experience on related role.
