We’re seeking passionate, AHPRA‑registered Dentists to deliver high‑quality, publicly funded dental care within our established community dental clinic. You’ll join an experienced multi‑disciplinary oral health team who care deeply about connection, quality, and community impact.

At Each, we deliver accessible, high‑quality dental services through a well‑equipped public dental clinic, offering emergency care, general dentistry, denture services, mobile outreach, and community‑based programs.

As a Dentist within our oral health team, you will provide evidence‑based, patient‑centred dental care that improves oral health outcomes for people in our community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence‑based dental care in line with public dental service standards
• Apply strong clinical reasoning to develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide high‑quality emergency care
• Provide oral health promotion and preventive education to support long‑term community oral health
• Uphold infection control excellence and comply with DHSV and Each policies
• Maintain accurate, high‑quality clinical documentation using Titanium
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and support quality improvement
• Work effectively across clinic and mobile dental settings, adapting to varied client needs
• Provide guidance to undergraduate students

This role is perfect for an experienced clinician who enjoys variety, community impact, and working within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Who we’re looking for

• AHPRA‑registered Dentist with recent clinical experience
• Strong competence in general dentistry within publicly funded services
• Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to client‑centred care and trauma‑informed practice
• Solid understanding of infection control and public dental standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with clients of all ages
• Intermediate IT proficiency (MS Office, Titanium or similar)
• Current Radiation Licence
• Valid driver’s licence (desired for mobile/outreach work)
