They are seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to join the Supply Chain team. This role is critical in ensuring product availability, inventory health, and operational efficiency while supporting commercial priorities and seasonal events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, promotions, and product launches.
  • Translate forecasts into supply plans that align with inventory targets and service levels.
  • Liaise with purchasing coordinators, suppliers, freight partners, and warehouses to ensure timely product availability.
  • Monitor inbound freight, supplier lead times, and stock levels to minimise stockouts and overstocking.
  • Support merchandise planning activities, including seasonal buys, range reviews, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Analyse supply chain data and report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory turns.
  • Drive process improvements across demand, supply, and merchandise planning functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or merchandise planning.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong ERP and forecasting tool experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with international purchasing processes and freight coordination.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
