As our first dedicated Demand Generation hire, this is a unique opportunity to act as the foundational architect of our growth. You will build, execute, and own our entire growth machine, driving qualified pipeline and proving ROI from day one.

What is this role like?
We’re looking for a Demand Generation who will take full, hands-on ownership of building, optimizing, and executing our B2B growth strategy. Given Topsort’s growth phase, this is not a role focused purely on management or delegation. It is a Player-Coach position where you are personally responsible for setting up campaigns, managing the entire MarTech stack, and demonstrating success through measurable pipeline generation. You must be deeply comfortable designing and executing campaigns tailored to the complex Enterprise sales cycle typical of B2B platforms, partnering closely with our Product Marketing and Sales teams.
