Demand Generation – Querétaro (In-Office)

About the Role

The Growth Marketing Coordinator role is focused on generating new leads and building pipeline through targeted demand generation campaigns. You will be hands-on executing marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, landing pages, and automation workflows, while working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.

This is an in-person role in Querétaro with one Home Office day per week, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, execution-focused environment and wants to see a direct impact on revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute demand generation campaigns tailored to specific healthcare audiences and buyer personas

  • Plan, build, promote, and report on 1–2 webinars per month

  • Create and optimize emails, landing pages, and campaign assets to capture and nurture leads

  • Maintain clean and accurate data within CRM and marketing systems

  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations

  • Research competitors and market trends to inform ABM and campaign strategies

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Content, Design, and Product Marketing teams

  • Support outbound efforts through campaign briefs and sales alignment

  • Contribute to other marketing operations and demand generation tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a U.S.-based B2B environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions

  • Knowledge of email marketing, automation workflows, webinars, and lead nurturing

  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Tools & Platforms

  • HubSpot (email, automation, reporting)

  • Salesforce CRM

  • Webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Goldcast, or ON24

  • Project management tools (ClickUp or similar)

Bonus Points

  • HubSpot workflows/automation/reporting experience

  • Salesforce CRM experience

  • Familiarity with ABM or verticalized marketing strategies

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience (healthcare is a plus)

Work Requirements (Must Meet)

This position is full time in our Querétaro office with one Home Office day per week. We are only considering candidates who:

  • Are Mexican citizens or legally authorized to work in Mexico, and

  • Currently reside in Querétaro or are willing to relocate
