Kaizo is entering a new chapter. We’ve evolved from a scrappy startup into an AI-powered customer operations platform that’s winning enterprise deals and attracting major global logos.
We’ve had demand generation before — but this is your chance to do it for the new Kaizo. You’ll work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and Sales team to own the funnel from top to bottom. You’ll design and execute campaigns that fill the pipeline, accelerate deal flow, and build awareness in a fast-moving market.
This is a role with company-wide impact — and a ton of freedom. Everyone here owns their space. We don’t micromanage. We trust you to make things happen, test and learn fast, and adapt as we grow.
But fair warning: if you’re looking for perfect processes and polished playbooks, this won’t be your thing. We move fast, it can be chaotic, and not everything is figured out yet. That’s the fun part.
Kaizo helps businesses make the most of every customer support conversation. Our AI-powered platform turns operational data into actionable insights so teams can work smarter and deliver more value.
We’re a remote-first company, with around 10 team members in Amsterdam and the rest distributed globally. We combine startup speed with the mindset of builders — curious, pragmatic, and always pushing forward.
Run and scale acquisition channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
Build and execute campaigns across paid, email, content, and web — testing and refining to hit pipeline goals.
Design and optimize lead nurturing flows in HubSpot that convert interest into opportunity.
Experiment constantly: new ideas, new audiences, new creative angles — always with measurable results.
Collaborate closely with Sales to keep the funnel aligned, tight, and revenue-focused.
3–5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
Strong grasp of paid channels, inbound strategy, and marketing automation
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
You’re data-driven, curious, and independent — you don’t wait for direction, you create it
Bonus if you’ve worked on enterprise or ABM campaigns
