Carrot is seeking a Demand Generation Manager, Health Plan & Channel Partner, who will own pipeline creation with health plans, strategic channel partners, and their employer clients. You’ll design and run integrated campaigns with and through partners, turning joint programs, like webinars, events, content, and campaigns, into a repeatable engine for qualified opportunities.

This role sits on the Demand Generation team and is closely aligned with Partnerships, Health Plan Sales, Consultant Relations, Product Marketing, and RevOps.

Responsibilities:

Build and execute partner demand programs

  • Drive employer pull-through via health plans, PBMs, and strategic partners. Build and execute campaigns that educate and activate benefits leaders at Carrot-eligible employers within partner books of business.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns with partners (e.g., webinars, events, email, joint content, ABM, nurture programs) that drive qualified meetings and opportunities.
  • Translate partner opportunities (e.g., sponsored webinars, co-branded events, portal placements) into clear demand plays with target lists, messaging, and follow-up plans.

Partner closely with GTM and partner teams

  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the Health Plans and Strategic Partnerships teams to understand partner priorities, co-create campaign briefs, and ensure Sales is enabled with the right talk tracks and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Consultant Relations and Events on programs where partners, health plans, and consultants intersect.
  • Align with Product Marketing on positioning and proof points that resonate with health plans and partner channels.
  • Develop segment-specific demand strategies for ASO books of business, including how we prioritize and tailor messaging by channel.

Own campaign execution, optimization, and measurement

  • Define and own targets for partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, employer opportunities, and won revenue across ASO business.
  • Build and launch campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid/organic channels, and partner channels, working closely with Marketing Operations and our Digital team.
  • Define goals for each program and continually optimize audience, content, and channels based on performance.
  • Partner with RevOps to track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and build simple, trusted reporting that ties programs back to revenue.

Systematize and scale “demand patterns”

  • Coordinate with regional teams to adapt partner demand programs for U.S. and international markets.
  • Turn successful partner campaigns into repeatable playbooks that can be adapted across multiple health plans and strategic partners.
  • Document processes, templates, and best practices so the team can scale and onboard future DG hires more quickly.
  • Contribute to the ongoing design of Carrot’s Demand Creation system, especially the channel/partner motion.

The Team:

This role sits on our Demand Generation team, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, within the larger Marketing department. You will partner most closely with the Partnerships, Health Plan Sales, Consultant Relations, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-6years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in the healthcare or benefits space.
  • Experience marketing to health plans, PBMs, or large enterprise benefits buyers, or working within a partner ecosystem that sells into similar audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing campaigns with/through partners (e.g., health plans, TPAs, channel partners, or alliances).
  • Familiarity with Marketo (or similar MAP), Salesforce, Outreach, ABM and intent data tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense), and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom/Wistia).
  • Strong track record of planning and launching webinars, events, and multi-touch campaigns that convert to pipeline and revenue.
  • Comfortable owning pipeline and revenue targets, and using data to prioritize and optimize.
  • Excellent project management skills: you keep complex programs organized across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate partner and segment needs into clear briefs, messaging, and follow-up plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building net-new demand generation motions from the ground up, including strategy, launch, and optimization.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Partnerships/Alliances, Sales, and RevOps on shared pipeline goals and attribution.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, evolving environment where you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
