About the Role

As a Demand Generation Manager at Dialectica, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue generation. Reporting to the Director of GTM, you will be responsible for designing and executing the full demand generation strategy to drive demand from both existing clients and prospects.

You will design and execute data-driven demand generation initiatives that directly drive pipeline growth and business performance.

What you will do

  • Define and execute a cohesive global demand generation strategy aligned with growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified opportunities for Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Develop and oversee content initiatives, including thought leadership, case studies, and campaign materials tailored to private equity and financial services audiences.
  • Plan and execute impactful events and activations to generate leads and strengthen Dialectica’s brand positioning.
  • Oversee digital performance and paid media campaigns (via agency partners), ensuring optimized ROI and lead flow.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and GTM leadership to ensure marketing priorities directly support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI to drive continuous improvement and scalability.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with proven success in demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, particularly private equity audiences and decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable marketing engines that directly drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Hands-on expertise across marketing channels including digital, content, and events.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a data-driven approach and strong execution capability.
  • Comfortable managing external agencies and working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
