What you’ll be doing:
Campaign Management: Plan, build, scale and optimize multitouch global demand generation programs utilizing various marketing tactics with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM), including but not limited to digital advertising, SEO/GEO and email marketing.
Lead Nurturing: Build and optimize lead nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel, increasing conversion rates and accelerating sales opportunities.
Vendor Management: Participate in external vendor meetings to better understand and maximize AP’s demand generation platform capabilities.
Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, including conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline tracking and ROI, make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, content, and design teams to align messaging, assets, and campaign tracking that resonate with our target audience.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key demand generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to meet MQLs and pipeline targets.
Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email, landing page, and ad performance, ensuring consistent growth in lead quality and volume.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the demand generation budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget and deliver maximum ROI.
Market Insights: Maintain a pulse on latest marketing trends and the actions of our competitors to continuously optimize demand generation campaign strategies.

What we look for in you:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years in a demand generation role managing $1M+ annual paid media budget with a focus on customers' acquisition. B2B marketing experience and comfort with complex enterprise buying committees in the tech industry preferred.
Proven track record of accelerating revenue growth and executing experimentation plans, including creative testing for demand generation campaigns across multiple markets and channels.
Expertise in paid advertising tools (Google Search, LinkedIn), programmatic display advertising, email marketing, content syndication, SEO, trade publications, ABM tools (6sense preferred), Salesforce, and HubSpot. Strong working knowledge of Excel. Experience with data-driven optimizations and analytics tools is a plus.
Data-driven with strong analytical skills. Capable of optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and optimization.
A proactive, self-starter who excels at multitasking and prioritizing
Strong project management skills, experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines (previous project management tool experience required, Monday.com preferred)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluent spoken and written English required.
