About Us:

VisibleThread is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role will own and lead our digital demand generation strategy across all paid and owned channels, driving pipeline growth in a fast-moving B2B Global SaaS environment. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and ABM tools, working closely with Sales, SDRs, and Content to convert interest into qualified opportunities. We’re looking for a proven B2B SaaS demand gen leader who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, data-driven, and brings energy, ownership, and clarity to everything they do.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in a senior demand generation or digital marketing role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong experience across AEO and SEO strategies, with a clear understanding of how content and paid media work together to drive pipeline.
  • Proven track record running global digital campaigns, particularly across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing and revenue platforms, including SEMrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, Databox, and related analytics and attribution tools.
  • Highly data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable communicating performance, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
