Responsibilities

·      Manage the lead pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and handover to Account Executives;

·      Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics and lead quality;

·      Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align strategies for pipeline growth;

·      Conduct customer and partner initial qualifications and present the company profile;

·      Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and sales innovations, especially in AI and enterprise solutions;

·      Represent the company at industry conferences and events;

·      Continuously improve sales processes and lead quality;

·      Implement best practices and standardization for the SDR team;

·      Coach and mentor new SDRs and junior sales team members.
